Your initial commitment is only 90 days (because marketing needs time to build up momentum).

Select the package that’s right for you

All three of our packages require a ‘start-up fee’ of £250, which is payable when you sign up to our services. This fee will cover the cost of onboarding you onto our systems plus the following essential elements to kick start your marketing successfully:


You will have at least two hours of meeting time with you (via Zoom), going through your business, your sales targets and marketing goals. From this we will develop your perfect target customer – the one you want more of.


We will create a mini tactical marketing plan, which will cover a 6-month period. This plan will bring together marketing activities that we intend to do and, depending on the package, can align with activities that you undertake alongside us (this is more for those on a Bronze package).

Marketing activities explained

When we say organic social media, we mean unique content that we write and post on your behalf. For all three packages, we will create copy and post three times per week, on your behalf. We will monitor and respond to any comments on these posts too.

social media platform is the same as a channel; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter are the most popular ones we manage. Depending on the package you choose, we will manage two or three of these channels (and set them up for you if required).

When we say LinkedIn connecting, we mean growing your LinkedIn network with relevant prospects. We will Direct Message all connections and converse with them (until you wish to take over and close the deal per say).

Animated social media posts include videos and gifs or moving images. We will endeavour to do at least one per week for Silver and Gold packages – too many and your social media feeds start to look a bit too busy and overwhelming.

Email marketing is undertaken on an emailing platform such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. We will design and write your emails for you and, once signed off, send them to your audience lists.

Lastly, Google My Business entails us creating (if required) and managing your Google My Business profile. Adding and updating company details, images and dealing with customer queries and ratings. GMB is a really effective way of ranking higher on Google, particularly for local searches when done right – let us help you achieve that!

Will I be able to speak to the specialists working on my account?
Absolutely. We will be your outsourced marketing team. Once you are on board you will be introduced to your account manager and your relationship with them will be very similar to how it would be if you had a marketing manager in your own business. We are open during normal office hours. When we onboard you, you will be provided with all of our emails so getting in touch with us is easy.
Can I mix and match your services?
Yes you can. We are a team of marketing specialists, here to help you to grow your business. If you need something different to the way our packages are designed, we can easily help you with that. We have just selected a few of our services and packaged them up to help people see what kind of budget they need and the kind of support available, but if you need something different, please just ask. We can create a bespoke package to meet your needs.
When will my monthly package start and finish?

Once you have signed up for your package, we will arrange our first on boarding meeting with you, which should take place within a week of your initial £250 payment. During that meeting we will start our work on your mini marketing plan and agree a date with you from which our full marketing services for your chosen package will commence.

How long am I committed for?

The notice period is 90 days.  To cancel your contract with us, simply email hello@fillthegapmarketing.co.uk.

How do you decide what to post / who to connect with / what to email?
The whole reason we do the mini marketing plan is so that we get to know you, your customers and the problems you solve for them. This enables us to create a mini marketing / content plan which we will share with you in advance for you to agree and sign off.
Can I make revisions to the posts / emails you propose?
Our price includes for one set of revisions. If you make multiple sets of revisions, we reserve the right to charge more, however this hasn’t happened yet!
What if I don’t have social media accounts yet?
No problem. We can set these up for you. There is a one of charge of £50 per account.
Will you need the passwords to my social media accounts?
Yes, if you already have your social media accounts set up, we will ask you to share your passwords with us via a secure channel. This will be kept securely and will be password protected.
Will I see the posts and emails etc before they go out?
Of course! Nothing will go out without your sign off, unless you agree in advance that you are happy for it to do so.
How much of my time will you require?

Initially, we will need to find out all about your business from you, which is why we create your mini marketing plan. For this we would suggest you allow around two hours of your time for us to onboard you properly and for us to get a good understanding of your business.

We are a team of qualified marketers who act as your marketing department and many of our clients simply leave us to ‘get on with their marketing’. Signing off takes minimal time so we really don’t require much of your time, once you are onboarded. That being said, if you would like to be more involved, that’s fine too.

What if I would like to upgrade or downgrade my package?

If you would like to change your package, that is not a problem. We simply require you to email us at hello@fillthegapmarketing.co.uk to let us know about any changes that you would like to make. Please bear in mind that we will need at least 14 days’ notice before your next payment date to amend your package.
