As a Chartered Marketer, certified by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I am passionate about learning about marketing.  I regularly read and listen to marketing and business books and attend relevant courses and seminars.

The Fill the Gap Marketing Academy is a way for me to share this knowledge, supported by other fantastic marketing speakers, to help local small and medium sized companies to learn about marketing and grow their business.

I am delighted to announce that the Chartered Institute of Marketing has agreed to support the Fill the Gap Marketing Academy.  From January 2014, for at least 4 months, the events will be promoted and shared by the CIM. CIM logo

For the FTGM Academy this gives us extra credibility and respect and will help us to attract more people and a wider range of speakers.

We are also creating a LinkedIn Group for the Fill the Gap Marketing Academy where we can share feedback / ideas / and hopefully speakers’ slides – so please do join us over there. Why not let us know what you would like to learn about?

Will King talking at the FTGMA

Our next meeting is on Wednesday 18th December at the Think Tank in Lincoln. 5-7pm.  £10. The theme is ‘What makes you special?’.  We have a speaker talking about Unique Selling Points – what they are and why you need one (using Santa as an example) and also a creative workshop to help us to think outside the box and give us ideas about what our unique selling point could be.
